Well… waited 3 weeks for an appointment with a therapist. They threatened me the day I made the appointment that if I did not complete the registration forms before the 2nd of december I would be cancelled. Im autistic so I did it the day of. And the day of the appointment they tell me they couldnt get ahold of my insurance to verify so they’ll charge me full price. (They didnt even try… they had 3 weeks to get ahold of them and everytime we call the insurance, they answer right away). They are lazy and worthless. They didnt... read more
so my therapist i was seeing at a different place moved over to this service provider service. he is a great therapist. he's the only therapist i have had that works well with me.
Horrible service. Was told by office that they provide 1-1 counseling for minors. Stopped looking and waited the 4-5 days for the appointment time. 20 minutes late, Robyn, the therapist joins telling me her sessions begin at 7 after the hour and end at the top of the hour. 53 minutes, but charge for an hour. Not good. Then told she doesn't work with kids individually at that age. So thank you for days wasted.
