I was at the dealership this past weekend to turn in my previous lease and get a new car. I worked with Renee Serino who was able to hook me up with a beautiful blue Civic! Everyone was very friendly and they even provided us with lunch because we were there for a while. Service is friendly and they work hard to keep customers satisfied. I’m happy with my choice to come back to Great Lakes for another lease!
I had such a great experience! Joe was a great salesman and made my first car purchase easy. He was knowledgeable and a great resource, following up with me after my purchase and answering any questions I had. Johnny in finance was also great, working efficiently while still explaining everything. I love my CR-V and made a great choice in purchasing from Great Lakes!
