Terrible service experience. Went in for a standard recall and the tech left my car worse off then before I came in. It was supposed to be a 2 hour job and I spent more than half a day there, barely getting my car back that day. The service advisor I had was wonderful during all the commotion, major props to her but I think I will stick with Jay Honda for everything. I don’t plan on coming back.

I just took my accord in for an oil change and tire rotation and had the best experience EVER! I’ve leased/owned a few Honda’s before and by far this is the best experience from start to finish I could ask for! I HIGHLY recommend it and Sandy was AMAZING to work with! Her hospitality is phenomenal!! Customer for life!!
The salesmen are very helpful. They try to put you in the vehicle of your choice. Great service department.
