Terrible service experience. Went in for a standard recall and the tech left my car worse off then before I came in. It was supposed to be a 2 hour job and I spent more than half a day there, barely getting my car back that day. The service advisor I had was wonderful during all the commotion, major props to her but I think I will stick with Jay Honda for everything. I don’t plan on coming back.

I’ve leased/owned a few Honda’s before and by far this is the best experience from start to finish I could ask for! I HIGHLY recommend it and Sandy was AMAZING to work with!
