Like being stuck on a merry go round. Staff can be a bit rude and dismissive. Forget dealing with them on a new purchase. I went there for a recall repair because they are the closest Honda dealer.
Took my Civic in for blower motor sevice today. Sandy, my go to person and Nick, both Service Coordinators found the problem without a mechanic. no charge. I also had some scheduled maintenance done. Sandy kept me updated about my car and got me out quick. Thanks Sandy
Elijah did a great job getting me in a car. It was my first time buying the only thing I'm missing is a sunroof lol but I can deal with that for 2 years

Can't say enough great things about this dealership! We love our new Pilot!
