I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma two weeks ago. Upon returning home we noticed a headlight was cracked and had moisture in it. Salesman Joe Pawlowski has been nothing but unprofessional in dealing with the situation. He does not return phone calls. We had to go directly to GLH to get him to speak with us only to be told his sales manager would have to make some inquiries and he would call us the next day. The operation is run very efficiently and the service representatives are knowledgeable and make sure that you are kept up-to-date throughout the process. Bottom line is no surprises and they do what they said they would do.
First time personally at the service department for a new car, and so far I could not be more pleased. Super friendly, fast and worked to resolve my issue to the best of their ability. 5 stars so far.

We had a positive experience with the sales people (Elijah and Marvin) at Great Lakes Honda. Our staff was knowledgeable and found us the car we wanted. The process takes a while, but we got where we wanted to be. We also service our cars here, and outside of some prolific wait times, they do a pretty great job.
