RecommendedFrom the moment I walked in, I was given the utmost attention. Everyone was willing to answer questions and assist me in any way necessary. Although the process takes time, my sales people (Patti and Kristy), credit mgr kept me abreast of how each step was coming. I even asked a lady employee how she felt about the weight of a Civic/Accord for the purpose of snow and she was right on point for the way I was thinking. Place ia a joke....drove 40 minutes to see a vehicle they advertised. I scheduled an appt. and once I got there they could not find the vehicle. Second time this happened with this dealership. DO NOT waste your time!!!!!!
