Had Great Lakes heating and air condition out to do an inspection and cleaning before the AC season starts. Even though I ended up having to spend more than I planned on due to a malfunctioning parts and our mouse friend causing some issues. I was very please with the service and professionalism! The job the tech did on the cleaning was amazing!
Recently we had Great Lakes come to our home and clean out all our heat ducts. I want to thank Great Lakes for excellent service. Also I want to do a big Thank You to the two men that cleaned the vents and ducts at our home . Excellent to both of them. And also very pleasant to talk with and very polite . This is such a great company. It was evening when we found out our furnace quit working. My husband is 79 and in bad health. Casey was here in 20 minutes and got right to it. Such a very nice man. He got the job done and he and my husband got along so well. Thank you Great Lakes. This could have been worse because of the freezing temperatures.
Response time was immediate! Customer service rep was very polite when I called, and technician was nice and handled everything in a timely manner. Definitely recommend their services and will use them again when needed! Thank you, Great Lakes!
I was just charged $250 for a part that costs $11 on Amazon. Thanks a lot Great Lakes. You will never get a call back from me or a recommendation...🤬 I should have had the tech take the part off and ordered it myself. In fact, that’s what I will recommend to people from now on.
