Josh did a very good job at letting me know what was wrong with my furnace. Not good news but he did a good job! If he didn’t know what it was doing he had no problem calling someone that knew.
They charge over $120 for a service call. They came out Monday couldn’t figure out the problem with our AC unit. Told us they wouldn’t charge us for a more experienced tech the next day and office would call to schedule it. Nobody called me. I had to call them to have them come out. Then when the second more experienced tech came out and “found the issue” the pricing to fix was literally 3x higher than anywhere else. $195 for freon when every other place is $35. Had a great experience -- Juan came out and fixed my AC. He was on time, and the entire appointment lasted less than half an hour, which means I have time to do other things this morning -- Hooray! Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend GL!
The owner of this place is a condescending prick. Dont you dare bring issues up about his company or how his company could improve bc he will just get all high and mighty and start looking down on you. This place is a complete and utter rip off. I would recommend anyone but them to do anything with heating and air. 🙂
Management is a complete joke! If you don’t fit in to their FAKE culture you will have a rough time dealing with these people.
Jeff & Jackson did a fantastic job installing my new a/c today! I won this unit in the free a/c giveaway! Paid a little extra for the upgrade & to have the a/c relocated. I definitely want to have these two guys back at some point to install a new furnace!
