Very pleased with this company! Estimate was done promptly, they even gave me cost for multiple options. Estimate cost was under the others I received and these guys were more professional. They were able to work around my schedule to get the work done.The day of the job, they arrived 30min. early. The work took about 2 1/2 hours to complete (they had estimated about 2 hours). My contact was John Laurie. He came out and discussed the appropriate configuration for my house and discussed the various options. He discussed the color variation that I had with my home and offered suggestions. His pricing was very fair. His service was fabulous. He delivered on time with no surprises!!!!!! Now, that is a surprise! The installation staff was professional and very accommodating. Excellent service. Excellent value.

Excellent work. They provided a good estimate, and they stuck to it. We made a few modifications from estimate to the actual project which was handled no problem. A very good crew who listened to me and responded well. Plus they provided an Angie's List discount, so that also helped. I will definitely use them again if need arises.

GLG installed copper gutters around our home to include two rain chains. I received several quotes from other companies and GLG was the most reasonable. There references were very positive and they offered pictures and address of other copper jobs that they had installed. I dealt with Johnny, he was wonderful. I highly recommend Great Lakes Gutter. I initially worked with Morgan, who came to our house to give me an estimate. It should be said that GLG was the ONLY company of the three or four I called that did not inquire about my husband's availability, and that was happy to work with me alone. Morgan, who came to give me an estimate, was also the ONLY sales rep to actually show me his product, and to discuss with me the different options before coming up with a price. We had an area on our gutter that was leaking quite a lot.They came out on time, cleaned out our gutter, told us the problem, gave us a price to fix it while they were here, fixed where it was leaking and re-angled the gutter for a better flow. With all the rain we have been having, we have not had it leak! Great job, easy to work with, job well done and reasonably priced, too.

I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE THEY GAVE ME WAS VERY REASONABLE. I ALSO REALLY LIKED THE FACT THE THEY WERE AVAILABLE WHEN I NEEDED AND WANTED THEM TO DO THE JOB.
