From the estimate to completion the employees were professional, punctual, respectful and accommodating. They do quality work.
John gave us a detailed estimate and outlined our options clearly. The crew arrived on time, and discussed what the installation entailed. They were very efficient and flexible, suggesting changes to improve the water flow away from the foundation. In short, John was straight with us and the crew did an excellent job with the installation, all at a fair price. Five stars.
I called all of the local gutter places to get the best deal. I left a message at all of them because they don't answer their phone, and they also don't call back. Great Lakes Gutter not only answered their phone but they scheduled an appointment for the free estimate within days of the call. I purchased seamless aluminum gutters along with gutter guards. They came on time and had the whole job completed in just over two hours, even though it was only 10 degrees outside! They made sure to clean everything up and cleaned all the crap off my porch awnings as well. Very professional and friendly, and they gave me a free hose attachment to spray off my gutter guards when needed. My house looks so much better and for a great price as well!
Johnny arrived at our home answered all our questions and gave us a fair quote. We knew from our first meeting with Johnny, that this was the company for us. I had this company to my house to install gutters after a new roof .. as my old gutters had 2 seams and I had a drip drip going on at one seam and thought we would get the ones with no seams ..The front gutters are just fine .. But the back gutter they installed with the drip edge behind the gutter so I have a flood of water between the house and the gutter when it rains .. I obtained three estimates for replacement gutters on my Ferndale bungalow. The quote from Johnny ended up in the middle. I went with Great Lakes because of their incredible service and attention to detail. Johnny came out and made some great recommendations. The crew was nice and I love the final results. I can't say enough about how professional this company is compared to most others I came across in this line of work.

They replaced all gutters and added gutters to detached garage using heaver gauge aluminum and a up sized 6" gutter on one section of the house that handled a large volume of water that I requested .I also requested this from other companies and was either denied or charged 20 to 30% for upgrade Great lakes did the work and beat the other companies prices by 30 to 50%
