Just horrible. First off, the doctor I saw never read my chart. Each time I visited, he thought I was a new patient, and I had to go on and on about why I was there. This was even after NINE appointments. He sent me for physical therapy and forgot he sent me, forgot we already tried shots, forgot he already put me in a brace, just awful. But what's even worse is trying to make an appointment. You'll be sent to a call center after being on hold for 15-30 minutes, and then try to switch your appointment date. Dr Husain is great. He performed surgery on my both feet in different times. He fixed the problem. He’s nice and answers all questions. His staff also very nice and polite. Highly recommended!
To echo several other comments here, this practice is rather arrogant. My appointment with Doctor Husain amounted to an abysmal medical experience. He was dismissive and condescending while I asked questions regarding my potential injury. Doctor Husain instructed me to stop talking when I mentioned that I had conducted some preliminary research on my own before the visit. I was referred here by my primary care physician. Every person I interacted with had a pleasant personality and seemed happy to be there. I saw Dr. Husain and he was great. He fixed my problem in under 10 minutes and answered every question I had. He was not rushed at all, which was great. I recommend Dr. Husain and this office.
