THEY DON'T WEAR MASKS! I was grateful they could see me so soon (I got an appointment the same day I called), and the staff is nice enough. During a pandemic, though, you'd think they would follow basic guidelines. But then they literally have signs advocating for the use of charcoal, prayer and essential oils to boost immunity against COVID-19. While I am thankful I got in so quickly, I did not feel safe, nor did I feel like I could trust them.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry you felt unsafe. We wear masks when patients request that we do. We feel everyone has the right to chose. The information about charcoal, essential oils and supplements was given to us by a patient, so we posted it for others to see. We are very thorough with cleaning rooms after patients have been in them and wash our hands and use sanitizer to keep clean. We are here for you should you need care in the future.

Dr. McKenzie and his team are amazing. I went to him several years ago with severe back pain and carpal tunnel in both of my wrists. He has made such a difference in my quality of life. The pain has been gone for a long time now and I owe it all to him. He truly cares about his patients.

I have been going to Dr. Mackenzie for lower back and neck pain. He has been very professional, knowledgable, and accommodating. He answers my concerns, and I trust him completely. The office staff is so nice and is willing to help in any way they can for appointment times. It is a HAPPY office that greets with a smile and great attitudes. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
