Recommendedmy mother-in-law has been coming there for 2 years for eye injections, all of the staff is always been very professional, and courteous. she has seen three different doctors at different times we have been very pleased with all of them. Awful doctor's office. Two months ago, I made an appointment for my son for Nov. 6. Today, they called and said that the doctor was overbooked and an 11-year-old would have to wait for 6 extra weeks until Dec. 23 to see the doctor for an eye condition related to a chronic health condition. This is unacceptable. My family will never use this doctor again. I will find a new doctor who actually cares about patients and sees them when they are on the schedule (or reschedules within a reasonable time).

Awful experience. Made my vision worse. Dr was forceful and did not explain anything about the issue I was having could “transfer” to my other eye. I had one small floater in my left eye. Had laser surgery to repair a small detachment in my left eye and now I have another floater in my left and after being forceful on my right eye I have a large floater in that eye. When I returned for a follow up visit and I explained about the new floaters his words were “Yeah that can happen”. Would have been nice to know that!! They HOUN... read more

RecommendedThe staff there is amazing and caring. The cataract I had was very dense and I was nervous. The staff there explained each and everything they did to me and I felt very much at ease. Today, one day after the surgery I had no idea how much I was missing. Thank you Dr. Brown and the entire surgical staff! That being said the office area could use some training.
