we had an appointment today weren't trying to get glasses or anything just needed to see doc for diabetes our appointment lasted three hours mainly all waiting time we even arrived 5 mins before we're not late and the were multiple people called back in front of us I don't know how it's possible to be so behind at 9am this is just ridiculous.
Was very impressed that Dr Seward was humble enough to admit he hadn’t heard of a condition my husband had around his eye over 30 years ago, and that he was interested in learning about it, even though my husband no longer has that condition. It was great to see a Dr who admits he doesn’t know everything in his field! And he is going to try and learn about what my husband’s eye has been through for the last 30 years before recommending treatment. What an amazing experience. I am the caregiver of my 83 yr young father who yesterday underwent surgery The experience from the very beginning has been so easy and pleasant. The staff, more then caring and top notch are just good people who genuinely care about their patients and the services they are providing. So much so that the surgeon who performed my Dads surgery yesterday called last evening to see how my Dad was, seriously, nobody does that anymore, but the doctors and staff here do, they actually care. I have no complaints! I think that the staff are very accommodating and friendly. I absolutely love my surgeon, Dr. Pletcher, he is wonderful. I recently had surgery on my eye and I was totally at ease know that he was my doctor. Great post surgery care as well. I have never had to wait very long at all once I checked in for my appointments and I really like that!!!
The Waiting part sucks. I like the doctor I see he's good at what he does he explain stuff to my level to where I can understand it and that's nice and I like that about him I wouldn't go nowhere else
