Terrible experience in purchasing a vehicle
Professional and courteous
We live 4.5 hours away. Called to confirm the price of a truck we were very interested in... After driving and test driving truck, found out the real price was $12,000 more than we were told. A total of 9 hours of drive time wasted because of a “new guys mistake.” Also left feeling stereotyped (maybe because one of us had on a flannel jacket?)...but we’re both engineers, so 🤷🏼♀️...
Service department is a joke would not recommend to anyone

My oil change was scheduled quickly and completed on time.
We are from out of state. The battery light came on in our 2007 Jeep Liberty. We called they took us right in. They did a diagnostic on the car found out it was the alternator. I will say they went above and beyond. found the parts they needed and had us on our way in 3 hr. They gave us lunch and one of the sales Men was willing to let us use his car. The lady in Sevice kept us informed all the way from beginning to end. Everyone in that place was A+. If I lived in the area they would have my business! they should have yours... read more
