Great company to lease from they take care of there tenants
They started out great as property managers of my Fort Myers property when I signed them on about 4 years ago, but this last experience has left me totally soured on them. It took them over 6 MONTHS to get my unit ready and rented simply because they couldn't figure out how to send me a simple email and communicate. THEN when they did get it rented they let an active water leak in my unit flow for 18 hours before they got someone out there. Rented a house from Great Jones and it was a terrible experience. A/C broke and they would not repair. Paid $750 to have it repaired and was never reimbursed. Then had electrical issue leaving exposed wiring that was never repaired. I eventually realized that maintenance is no existent and I had to pay for repairs if I wanted a working house.
