I can not begin to explain how unprofessional these people are. My son who is a minor was seen by one of the dentist there and she didn’t even bother to speak to a parent after my son was seen. Instead, they emailed me a list with at least 15 things that my son needs work on and submit it to the insurance. The next day i went there again in person, the dentist wasn’t there so the front desk girl was making all type excuses to why the dentist didn’t sit down with a parent and explain what procedures my son will need. Thieves. My husband made an appointment for a cleaning, never having been to this dentist before, after his previous dentist stopped working with his insurance. His old dentist didn't send out his x-rays on time, so the dentist said not to worry, she'll take new x-rays, as they are covered by the insurance. After the x-rays she proceeded in telling my husband that he has a gum condition which prevents her from having the hygienist perform a regular cleaning, and that he needs a special tooth-gum treatment, which costs $800, ... read more
