Made an appointment 3 months ago for my husband and I. They just called to verify my appointment and told me that my husband's appointment was lost and that they couldn't do anything about it it would be another 3 months before my husband could get seen. And there was nothing they could do about it poor service will not recommend this dump to anybody
took the day off work to have my teeth cleaned at the Normandy office . up on arrival the informed me that I need to have my teeth examined and they would clean my teeth sometime in the future Wasted my entire morning. No consideration for work stiffs like me that don't have time to make mutipal trips so the can collect multiple billings.
If you're looking for a dentist who listens and understand the patient... then this would not be the place to go to... after getting three fill ins... i began experiencing pain in the particular area the fill ins were done.. I was able to go to the office the same day.. the dentist tried reshaping the fill in or whatever and tried to say the pain i was feeling was normal, take pain medicine and give the fill ins time to work .. after that second attempt.. that seemed to make the matter worse... i would laydown feeling t... read more
