Neglected to tell me that they became out of network for me at the September appointment, when I had gone there in March and it was in network. When they specifically told me nothing had changed except their name.

Worst experience ever!!!! Rude staff. Daughter went there with a cracked tooth. No dental insurance. When xray was abt to be done girl told dau to bite down. Dau told the girl her tooth was abt to break in half. Girl made her bite down n e way and yep, you guessed it! The tooth broke in half. Now they tell her its gonna be $1550 to repair( root canal and crown). Won’t take her care credit info over the phone, say they need it in hand, and THEN come back and tell her it’s gonna be $2k somethin dollars, and no allowance for do... read more
