This place is more like a bad business where they are trying to sell you things you don't need and upsell you services you don't need from the minute you walk in the door! I was early for my appointment as they asked me to be, and they took me 1/2 hour after my appt! While sitting in the waiting area, I noticed that they are selling those free samples of toothpaste, travel toothbrushes, etc. that dentists are supposed give away! Extremely disorganized. Always trying to upsell something so you can't trust what they tell you. Went in numerous times and I had to remind them what they said last time. Finally decided to drive extra 30 miles even though they were the closest on my insurance. Had a terrible experience with a crown that was the straw that broke the camels back.
