Formally this place was known as Florida Dental Centers I used them for over 15 years they decided to sell to Great Expressions I just came from there and found it to be the worst dental experience ever I walked out and will be taking my business elsewhere the people in front of me had the same experience I'm warning you do not go there. They wanted$800 (my ins part) for a deep cleaning, I asked for my normal cleaning that was covered, they told me NO!!
The hygenist, Yesi is very nice and cleaned my teeth very thorough. Dr. Aymee is very informative she took her time to tell me what needed to be done. Overall the office is very clean, organize, and helpful.
Horrible dental office. Came there for an extraction of a molar yesterday. The dentist staff was very rude. Had to call the office yesterday due to being in severe pain and the fact the bleeding would not stop. They never called me back, then even called the on call service for the dr yesterday night 3 times, never once got a call back from the dr or any of the staff. Called back this morning, and the staff tried telling me the dentist said she spoke with me last night despite me having proof no one ever called. Said I was s... read more
