The WORSE dental practice EVER!!!!!! They lie and scam the elderly. If you have a billing or I insurance issue they tell you to leave a voicemail but no one ever calls back nor answer your questions. Save yourself the headache and find another practice ASAP! Not to mention the horror they put my elderly mother through. I hate that I never went with her or if would have know. She was going to this travesty of a dental practice I would have immediately taken her elsewhere. LIARS LIARS LIARS!!!!

This dental practice combined with "dental insurance" (which is, in reality, a "discount plan" rather than TRUE dental insurance) is nothing but a cash grab. I had been paying dental premiums regularly and I was SUPPOSED to get 2 free dental cleanings a year. Instead, I was the one who got "cleaned out" - they poked and prodded at my gums and made a snap decision that "I needed more than a regular cleaning". Long story short - I ended up paying through the NOSE for a "special cleaning" - the dental hygenist said that if I didn't pay for that extreme treatment they would not treat me - she claimed that if she gave me a regular dental cleaning (which I felt I was entitled to), she would lose her license. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on ME.
