They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I spent too much time in the waiting room. They pressure you to get more frequent cleanings when you don't need them. The dentist is very good and the cleanings are fine. Billing is questionable. The company 'system' appears to require their employees to push for more services. Those have been our impressions. Wish we could have the dentist and hygienists without the Great Expressions influence.

They told me I had severe gum disease when no other dentist has ever told me I had any issues and informed me I will no longer qualify for the regular cleanings. They said my cleanings per year are going to cost upwards of $800 AFTER insurance?! I am getting a second opinion...

High pressure. Did work that my insurance company said was unnecessary and not appropriate - not meeting broadly accepted national standards of dental practice. charged for x-ray copies to be sent to my new dentist. Unhelpful, unprofessional, poor service and billing that appears to border on fraudulent. Stay clear - avoid at all costs.
