I made a appointment to go to this office a month ago to get my teeth cleaned and checked. When I called I asked if they took my insurance and they stated yes ( they were on the list of providers ) . I gave the young lady my group number and information. They called today ( a day before my appointment; a month later after I called ) and stated that I do not have insurance and cant find my information. We love our visits. You couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable dentist that talks to us in a way we can understand what’s going on with our dental. Dr. Andu is a real people person who cares about us.
