Excellent first day at Great Deals On furniture as most of you know me I cannot work at a place that doesn't put their customers first and from everything I could ascertain in my first day they care more about the customers than anything else for repeat business and a great relationship in the community... I give salespersons Amanda and Debbie a 5star....they were amazing!!!! The 2 desk staff members that I spoke with by phone regarding my custom ordered sofa quoted incorrect information to me.
We don't recommend you purchase anything from this place. They do not honor their word. We purchased a sofa and loveseat and purchased an additional 6 year warranty. They will not honor it. I WILL GET THE WORD OUT TO NEVER buy anything from this place. Since our purchase, several people have spoken about the same thing. Our furniture is still under warranty and they tell us "sorry, there is nothing we can do". But the salesperson told us "if ANYTHING HAPPENS TO THE FURNITURE, IT'S COVERED". That's all LIES. Will never purchase from here again our sales person lied to us about more than one thing now I'm stuck with a tore up leather sectional when we purchased the extra warranty very disappointed in customer service here
