This place is a fraud... their “good”customer service stop after you sign that paper!! I have purchased over $10,000 Furnitune in this store... And have so much problems with it! Please take my advice!!! And don’t buy anything from them!!!
We purchased a chair and couch both are coming apart even upgraded the leather on the chair. Poor customer service. very disappointed will not be purchasing anything from them again. Save your money go somewhere else!

We recently moved to the area. A local acquaintance recommended Great Deals. We purchased a Master bedroom suite and living room furniture. We’ve received excellent customer service. Due to shipping delays, it was possible we wouldn’t have living room furniture for Christmas. However, Eddie and Montana loaned us a living room set until ours arrives! Now our Christmas visitors will have a place to sit!! These folks are great! If I need furniture in the future, I’ll check Great Deals 1st!

Tell you what I think! This company is terrible! I bought a sectional 4.5 years ago with warranty! Paid a lot for it! Was told worth the money better than leather! Hmmmmm It peeled off!! Where you sit!! It makes me sick!! And you would not cover it!! I will not do busy again! You basically stole our money!!
