I am so thankful for this store...After realizing the dining room table I ordered from another store was on back order for 4 months, I went in desperate to find a table since I had family coming in from out of town. bought 2 sofas and one oversized chair. all 3 pieces have worn through in less than 1.5 years. (guaranteed for 1 year).
I searched the Internet for months for the "perfect" sofa. I found it on a Web site of a "large" furniture store. When I tried to order it, I was told they only sell that sofa in Texas!!! I went to Great Deals On Furniture and showed them a photo of what I wanted. They were able to have the sofa made for me, in the same color and style for a great price!! The staff is so helpful and friendly. I love my furniture and it's exactly what I wanted!! Thanks for the "Great Deal" !!
We have purchased several times from Great Deals on Furniture and have been amazed every time. We have purchased living room furniture, two bedrooms of furniture, and box springs. The service is wonderful and feels like family. Hope to eventually finish filling every room with furniture from here.
We bought a large sectional about 1 year ago from Great Deals I am absolutely in love with the piece of furniture. I was more impressed with the customer service. I had a small issue with my sectional and the service manager Ernie was exceptional. My issue was resolved quickly and courteously. We have since purchased another sofa for our son. My parents have likewise bought a few pieces. In short, I highly recommend this business for a great buyers experience as well as quality product.
