I have been in here two different times. I did not buy anything either time because the salesperson followed me around like I was going to pick up a chair and run out with it. Every time I turned around, the lady was standing there and following me. Please tell them to go away after introducing themselves. If I need help or have a question, I will come to you.
They don't appreciate their customers. Obviously, they don’t know the etiquette of the customer is always right. As I read on their Facebook “We strive to make every customers experience a great one.” My parents bought a reclining chair from them. They loaded it into the back of the truck we didn’t notice on the bottom corner was a tear on the front until we got home. I have to compliment Great Deals on Furniture and Carol Combs Kennedy! I had my pieces delivered today including headboards. Because of storm I put my delivery off by a day. They were very accommodating and the delivery staff took extra time to make sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you Carol! I will be back. Bought a bedroom suit over 10 years ago from Carol. I still have it and it’s still in great shape! And yes, it is used daily. I recently bought a piece of furniture for my dining room. When the movers were moving it to the back to get ready to load onto my truck, they damaged it. Things happen! Eddie explained that they were having someone come to the shop to fix it.
