UNRELIABLE LOCATION. I was left without being shown the back of my head and thank god I had someone at my house who could check it before I went to work. The lady who cut my hair seemed scared to work near a mole on my head and had a very crooked line. When I came back to ask for a partial refund (because I like how the top looks) or to talk to a manager, I was told they were off and 2/3 ladies looked confused on how to talk to a customer.
