It was only a few days ago. Maybe the last day of last month? Anyway, I had no appointment and had just succumbed to my wife's month long request to get a haircut. The moment I agreed we were in the truck and went to Great Clips on 96 west, Franklin. My wife had a very specific plan for my haircut and wished to speak to whoever was going to cut my hair in order to give her opinion and even had an usual number of photos of Bradley Cooper on her phone. Great experience. Friendly staff. Whitney is absolutely the best!. I’ve been told my hair is difficult to cut and I am so picky; but Whitney does a fantastic job and makes me smile every time. The rest of the staff are accommodating , get along well, and always seem so happy. I like that environment . Great clips is a Great please.
