Normally Great Clips is just the place for the average sub par cheap haircut. I've been here twice and that is not the case here. The first time i went is was genuinely a good haircut. I was pleased, and returned last night for a second hair cut. I think the lady said her name was Teesa. But that was not a great clips style haircut.
