Will not go back lady didn't wanna wash my hair. Charged me an 18 dollar add on to cut my chin hair didn't even tell me it was an add on. I had to take the clippers myself & cut the missed hairs off my face

It was only a few days ago. Maybe the last day of last month? Anyway, I had no appointment and had just succumbed to my wife's month long request to get a haircut. The moment I agreed we were in the truck and went to Great Clips on 96 west, Franklin. My wife had a very specific plan for my haircut and wished to speak to whoever was going to cut my hair in order to give her opinion and even had an usual number of photos of Bradley Cooper on her phone.
