I had gone to get a haircut during the grand opening and was pleased with not my hair and my sons. I returned today and the staff was completely different. The shop is clean and staff was friendly but after describing the cut I wanted (all the same length with some moderate layers to increase body) and showing a photo, the woman butchered my hair.
