Got a great cut.
Very bad — they scratched the child and didn’t even tell the parents. We only found out after getting home, when the child said it suddenly hurt during the haircut. And the haircut itself was poorly done — it was actually uneven.It’s infuriating.
I asked for a trim and walked out with 4 inches gone in a “straight across” cut so uneven I had to cut in an additional 2 inches.
