It is a highly recommended hair salon for the whole family. Our whole family goes there to get our haircuts and I also get my blowdry there too. The most important thing is that no matter who cuts your hair, you will walk out with an excellent haircut.
Katie is amazing.. She does a great job every time she cuts my hair. She is a ear cutter sometimes though.. Lol
The staff at the Russell location are happy and friendly the love kids and very patient! Very skilled at fades and flat tops
Nothing Great about Great Clips. They have no concept of customer service. I made a simple request that they cut my son's curly hair with scissors. They said "no problem" but out came the electric clippers and away she goes! I asked her to stop and please cut his hair with the scissors. She continues to cut with the clippers. Was told the wait was thirty minutes...an hour later they still had two people ahead of me!!!! If they would've told me the correct wait time in the first place i wouldn't have wasted an hour and a half of my time!!! Price isn't worth the bull shit!
Galena really knows how to cut hair! You know you have a great hair cut when you don't even need to comb it after a nights rest , or a windy day! The hair just falls into place! Galena makes my hair have more body, and just the right height in the crown area! Top hair stylist in my book!
My first visit to a Great Clips shop and I am very happy with my haircut at this shop. Vicky was my stylist and she cut my hair exactly as I requested. She was very pleasant and did a great job.
