Just got a haircut yesterday by Cheryl, I am 68 yrs. old and it is the worst haircut I have ever got! Cheryl butchered me, It looks like a mans crew cut, military cut, my husband was in shock when he saw it. I am so embarrassed I do not want to go out in public, I am in tears and I am so upset! NEVER again will I go to This great clips again, I went to the one in Marion, N.C. and received a really nice haircut. Warning do not go to Great Clips in Gaffney SC.!!! If you do don't let Cheryl cut your hair.....run away!
I've been coming here for about 6 years now and have had all different cuts and I love the way they cut my hair. Just tell them how you want it cause you know how your hair lays and not every cut is for everybody even though you might like the cut your hair has to be able to lay that way.
I have been to this Salon several times. I have a very busy schedule as a visiting nurse so I can stop in and get a haircut and be on my way. There used to be a young man who worked there I really did a great job especially with bangs. I have not seen him in months but have had a couple of other stylist who were very good as well. I got my haircut here yesterday and I can honestly say it's the worst haircut I've ever had. I don't usually complain about my hair because I know it will grow back, but this is so unevenly cut. She parted my hair down the middle and started cutting when I wear it parted down the side. Now one side's layers are longer than the other. And the back just looks awful. Never again.
A disaster. The place is a mess and employed are mean when confronted with doing a bad job.
Bad ppl, not good with haircuts.
Horrible, mean people. And horrible haircuts. You open a business like this to please people with their appearance. You are not going to be in business much longer if the people you try to please completely dislike your haircu5s and your employes.
Not a friendly environment
I had been going to Great Clips at Grant Park, but due to the attitude and lack of customer service I stopped going there and decided to give the Great Clips at the Howell Avenue location. Just as bad. There was a young receptionist at the desk and I asked how much for a trim for my granddaughter's bangs.
