Worst experience in the store.. not at all a friendly staff.. very rude to the customers... they wont listen to the customer styles they make there on styles and rushes the customers... dont suggest any one to great clips
Absolutely horrific. Meagan did a total hack job on my daughter's hair. When asked for a refund (gift card, phone call whatever to go to another location) the only thing they would offer is another incompetent to "fix" it... After they said "there was nothing wrong with it, we showed them pictures and then the guy was like "yea, it's uneven." Uneven is an understatement, I could have done better. ~the Monroe store fixed it for free, apparently they are used to people coming to them from this store.
Got a excellent cut from brenna there. A+++
Great Clips in Benton is a great place to get an affordable hair cut and they are fast, Tonya cuts my hair and she is a professional.
Very disappointing experience. The stylist cut my hair very unevenly and did not do a style. I asked her to redo the cut but it is still uneven. Now my hair looks like a mess and too short to go to another stylist. Stay away from that place!
I had very disappointing experiences at this location. I checked in online at about 5pm on a Monday. When I arrived at the store 10 minutes later I was acknowledged by one of the stylists and sat down (she never verified that I was checked in but she knew I was there). Seeing as how i'm fairly regular at this location I assumed she knew I normally check in online and my place in line was noted. Thank you Great Clips for a very good haircut! The Lady who cut my hair (her name evades me) was very patient, accommodating and professional. She wasn't through until I was totally satisfied.
