Had a terrible experience with Thao leaving basically a bald spot on what was supposed to be a pixie that ended up being a buzz cut cut 3 days before a family get together, luckily the next day Shalyn was able to fix it make it look a lot more presentable .. Big thank you to Shalyn! She gets the 5 Star. Thao only gets 1 Star. She doesn't listen to the customer and needs to take off her sunglasses for cutting hair. 1st 3 are Thao's mess up.
