I got a nice trim from AJ yesterday. I am very happy with the cut and prompt service I received. I will be returning for the next trim.
The customer service is great, wait time reasonable. However, there's always new faces recently??? I get it, as I run a building of my own. But, when I ask for a faux hawk I get the same length all around. Only one staff there had been able to cut my hair as I request!

Poor customer service. I don't usually write reviews, but feel I must for this. When I arrived, I was told 20 mins as there was 3 ahead of me. Since there is a wait and lobby had limited chairs, I told them I'm going to go next door and will be back. I came back, and was told I needed to wait another 20 minutes as a few costumes came after I left. I don't understand why I'm being served after those who came after me.
