On October 11, 2018, John, the manager, had his employee replace the alternator in my 1998 Cadillac. The mechanic who did the work did not check his work because the new alternator was not charging. On October 15, I took the car back to John. He refused to examine the car again and stated the shake was from a bad harmonic balancer. Wow! What a great place to get an oil change! Plus they checked all fluids, tire pressure and even cleaned the windshield and windows! We will definitely be making this our new oil change location!!
Alternator went out on our car as we got into Murray ( from Clarksville) and those awesome guys made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend going to Grease Monkey if you ever need your car worked on. Thank you again guys!
