Thad at this location has been a trustworthy technician for my 87 yr old mothers vehicle. He sincerely cares for her and her safety at her age. I do not have to worry that either one of us will be taken advantage of and sold something unnecessary. He gives me such a huge peace of mind and ALWAYS goes above and beyond my expectations. When you come here you are getting the most trained mechanical people in the Valley. Basically The Top Banana works here so you know you are getting the best with him. I know he does a great job because he brought me back to find the exact issue. He didn't just let me leave or push me out. His crew is top notch. They all treated me so well. When I got my quote from Sun Devil Auto, I was pretty upset. Tamia recommended Grease Monkey and got me a quote ASAP, which was literally half of what SDA quoted. They also let me know a pulley for my AC belt was going out and since they were already working in that area they just charged for the part and no extra charge for labor. Sincerely great company and excellent work, my AC is freezing now!
