Waited 30 mins when a bay became free the guy took the car behind me first-when I spoke on it the employee ignored me and started speaking Spanish- not only did they not service my car after all that but they were very disrespectful to me talking and laughing with other customers. I videotaped it and I will be notifying the BBB and filing a complaint with the owner of #201. Horrible how disrespectful they are to women.
The engine flush... My wife was sold this stupid service... Upselling a useless service in which is the whole purpose of an oil change... The oil pump and oil filter is constantly flushing and cleaning the oil... Only snakes take advantage of people for there ignorance. Educate your self people.
i would give 0 stars if i could. My mom had her tires on warranty at the Round Lake location till the end of october 2019 she showed up early october to let them know she needed new tires and they said they would get back to her. she kept on calling every week and management would blow her off, give excuses, and bully her on the phone! TODAY 2 MONTHS LATER HER TIRE FINALLY BLEW OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AND SHE COULD'VE BEEN HURT! Very nice service, they honor competitor coupons. They do a good job and very quick.
This is the only place I go for an oil change. They always have coupons and I never feel pressured to replace anything I can replace on my own. Just this past Monday I drove there because my tire pressure was low (my personal air compressor was broke). I expected to pay a fee for them to fill my tires with air but they provided that service for free. The employee was happy to help me out. Thanks again. Your great customer service is the reason why I keep coming back.
