My first experience at Grease Monkey was good period however the second experience was not as good. I went to the have an oil change and the technicians did not know how to reset the mileage on my vehicle. Again that did not make for good customer experience. I've got some work I need to have done now and I'm contemplating whether or not I will go back to this location or any Grease Monkey location.
Grease Monkey is fast, affordable and they do a great job! The customer is first there and everyone is very helpful and friendly. I go there for Oil Changes, brakes, state inspections and more. Always pleased with the result.
Had my daughters car inspected today! Friendly and quick service. The service guys even cleaned her front window and vacuumed her car! Very polite young men! Will be back!
Carl and the guys are fantastic ! Great service and very quick . We will not be going anywhere else .
