This was my first time having work done with grease monkey. Everyone was highly professional and very nice. The service was spot on and appropriate recommendations given. I would definitely use them again.
I got a flat tire while out with my son today and ended up in the parking lot across from Grease Monkey. My son and I walked up and asked if someone would mind helping us switch out to our spare, and they jumped in without hesitation. They made what would have been a very stressful time into a minor delay in our day, and words can't describe my gratitude. Such a great group of guys!!!
Grease Monkey mails out Discount Coupons for $7.00 OFF for Oil Changes. Then when you go in for the $39.99 Special Oil Change, and specially if you are a Female, they charge you $20.00 EXTRA for Full Synthetic Oil, even after you tell them you are there for the $39.99 Oil Change Special ! PLUS, as soon as you drop off your vehicle for Service, they start calling you trying to sell additional services. This just happened to my wife one hour ago. This has happened TWICE NOW.
