MONEY HUNGRY!!! They will charge you for labor if maintenance has to come fix something & charge for every single thing they possibly can. Beware of the greed, the homeless people barricading themselves in the laundry rooms, & the overwhelming pot smell as soon as you walk into building B on West Kingsway.
I definitely do not recommend GRE Property Management. I live in the Tiffany Court Apartments and have had problem after problem with my apartment and have contacted the office several times some things have been fixed (after me calling several times and emailing) and other things are never resolved. There are bug issues, my apartment floods on a regular basis and my upstairs neighbor is ridiculously loud. Billie in the management office is the only person who is willing to help me and she is always friendly and listens to w... read more
