My wife and I have been here and to their Mt. Pleasant location over a dozen times in the last couple years. Never had a bad meal, except on my birthday this past weekend, no bread basket. What the heck Graze? That's the only fault I could find (sarcasm). An exceptional restaurant that has an exceptional team on staff. A great place to impress a date, friends, or your family.
In a town (summerville) filled with corporate fast casual and sub par regurgitated menus, Graze is blazing the trail for artistry in cuisine. As with all restaurants, there is room to grow, but it’s worth the trip and it’s worth coming back.
My husband and I were there yesterday for brunch. I had the pulled pork eggs benedict. It was awesome. The eggs were poached perfectly. The yolks were perfectly done with just the right amount of creaminess. The menu calls for it to be served on a biscuit, but I don't care for biscuits so I asked for it on an English muffin. It was. The pork was very flavorful with just a hint of sweetness from a light touch off BBQ sauce and very tender with absolutley no fat. Good southern cooking. Chicken livers served over the best grits I have ever had. Pork tenderloin was perfectly spiced. And the best collards I have ever tasted. My wife said they were a bit sweet, but perfectly spiced. The cornbread was more like corn cake (corn flour). I prefer corn meal. But, will definitely go again.
Truffle fries and chicken and waffles are amazing! Great service and impressive wine list!
