Tried going with nAmerican brand company first but received the worst service, 3 times. Gave up and looked for somebody local and could not be happier. Courteous, polite, professional and more than willing to work with our schedules. Mike showed up just after the start of the appointment window and was very polite and professional but also very comprehensive in his inspection of our property. They did a great job. No more termites! They had a very competitive price. I would hire again if I needed to.
Everyone was very helpful, answering questions in preparation of fumigation. They were on time and cleaned up.

Fumigated the house and treated soil around the foundation for subterranean termites.
The property is a rental so I was lucky enough that they were able to come inspect and treat the same day I called! The inspection was very thorough, climbing into my attic and going under the house as well! I only needed treatment in one area of a wood window for dry wood termites and this is what has led me to giving only 3 stars for value. Morgan was great. He did a comprehensive analysis of the project and came up with an innovative, economical solution. This was not a standard job. I was impressed by the extra thought and effort put into the job.
