They walk you through the process and very good customer service.
Michael came to the house to evaluate our termite problem after we found termite droppings on the dining room floor. He arrived exactly at the appointment time. After doing his inspection of our problem it was determined it could be handled with just a local treatment in one piece of paneling. We scheduled an appointment for that treatment and again Michael arrived exactly at the scheduled time. Estimate was fair, they showed up on time and did the work exactly as described. They had to replace a portion of fascia board that was termite damaged and did a great job matching it to the existing board. I would absolutely recommend them.
Grayson Termite is the best. I got three estimates and they were the best deal. They have great customer service. Morgan came to my home and explained everything and answered all of my many questions. Customer service at the office was also fantastic. I would highly recommend this company. I am so happy with all of the service they provided. The tent came off on time and the gas company was here immediately after to restart my service.
