I had the smoothest car buying experience ever from Grayson BMW. In over 20 years, I have never received such great customer service. I drove 5 hours to Grayson and it was well for it! I would absolutely recommend Grayson (and Andrea!) to anyone.

Purchased an auto from this dealer after purchasing autos from probably fifty dealers in my life this one has to be the worst ever. Rude Sales Managers, Rude sales people, After specifically asking that my new tags be sent to my Florida address I still do not have the tags, car is setting in ther garage cannot be driven. Was hung up on by the so called sales rep. Mike Sonju. My wife the dealership in tears because of the rude treatment of the sales manager Danny Aikens, Sonju seemed to be sympathetic but soon changed colors ... read more
