How do you explain not answering multiple attempts to reach your office about a rodent and insect problem in on of your units? No one deserves to live under such disgusting conditions and I doubt that is the reputation you want to hold. Do better for the people who are paying their hard earned money to live there. ITS A PRIVILEGE TO HAVE PEOPLE LEASE WITH YOUR OFFICE not the other way around. And for $1300/month THEY have to dispose of dead mice every time they come home from work?? You should be ashamed of yourselves

RecommendedI've been a resident since 2012 and love everything about Grays Pointe! Ideal location, exceptional service from all staff, wonderful neighbors ~ what's not to love? Being a single senior woman, safety is a high priority. I feel very comfortable going for a late night walk and have never encountered any situation that gave me cause for alarm. We've lived at Grays Pointe now for a few years and we are very happy here. The location is good, it's quiet, the grounds are well-maintained, and the office staff is great. Any time we report a problem, they are quick to deal with it. Rent is affordable and they are constantly doing upgrades and renovations. Everyone is friendly and it's a community that feels safe. We don't have any complaints. We highly recommend you check them out!
Great place to live! My wife and I moved in this past January and the staff is very friendly and very welcoming. Super nice workout area- saves you a lot of money not having to buy a gym membership.
