balcony is falling apart, with screws coming out of boards and on an incline now. Maintenance has been contacted and nothing has been done for months now. complete safety hazard.

I have been living here for 16 years and would definitely recommend. The property is very clean and everyone is friendly. The new maintenance supervisor knows what he is doing and he gets things done quick. The office staff is very helpful and great. I feel very safe in this community. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Have lived here for almost 10 years. I have found it to be a very nice. I am now in an updated apartment and am pleased with the updates. Very nice people managing and maintaining property. No worry if you do have a maintenance problem; usually fixed within a day or two. 5 stars
I’ve lived at GraysPointe Apartments for 6 years and I find it Very accommodating and close to everything! The staff has been outstanding throughout the years and I highly recommend living here

There was a maintenance call put in for a leak in the ceiling THE DAY OF MOVE IN... they didn't inspect or clean the apartment upon moving in.. there's seriously a rodent and roach infestation... and all of the wiring and plumbing was improperly installed... My friend is the one who unfortunately LIVES here, I felt it was important as a friend to comment due to the fact that these apartments are illegally leasing... their neglect is abuse at this point.. the leak in the ceiling now has mold everywhere ( since it has not been... read more
