Had my csection here in January this year. When I arrived the nurses were warm and welcoming, they helped relieve my fear about going into surgery. The doctors took time to describe what my experience would be back in the operating room so I knew what to expect and they all helped comfort me when I was getting nauseated from the anesthesia medications. Recommendedfor having a baby or surgarys its great. for going to ER not so much. If you can go to urgant care in elma or swansons walk in clinic i would go there first. Unless its a real Emergency !
dr. kosloff and his nurse wont refill my moms heart medication unless she comes back to see him within 2 weeks but they have no appointments available for her within that 2 week time

Being brought to Grays Harbor Community Hospital has been one of the WORST experiences of my life, not due to my medical condition but due to a condescending, threatening nurse, uncaring doctors, and a HIGH bill for tests I explicitly declined. Their billing department outright LIED TO ME on multiple occasions, and both the billing department and Medical Records department WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and WILL NOT RETURN messages. STAY AWAY from this "hospital"!!!!
The care and the communication was the absolute best.
This place is such a joke. I have soooo many things I can say.. but the saddest part is they don't even do anything to comfort the children that come in there. I'm sitting here right (possible ear infection) now in the waiting room watching parents struggle to find comfort or anything to distract their babies from what they're there for... they no longer even provide simple color crayons, the TV they have in the "kids area" doesn't and hasn't works for some time now.
